Whether you have home schooled children, nervous children who would prefer one on one tuition, are a teacher who would like a crafty visit from an Art Angel or you simply fancy getting a group of friends together to have some fun then The Art Angels have the answer.
Our creator and children's author Vicky Connor teaches both art and crafts and crafts combined with the History Curriculum. This can be done in association with any tutors you may already have or Vicky can create a programme to fit in with your study requirements. Using crafts to teach History is the ideal way to develop not only understanding of a period but also to encourage application of knowledge through creative learning. Projects can be as simple as designing a Medieval Shield complete with accurate Coat of Arms to a model of Mount Vesuvius made from chicken wire and paper mache ( and yes - you can make it erupt too!) .
