Right to Play Event, Windsor
The Art Angels were invited to a VERY special event in Windsor recently where they not only had lots of crafty fun but also supported an amazing charity. Right to Play is a humanitarian organisation that uses sport and play programs to improve the health, develop life skills and foster peace for children in some of the most disadvantaged corners of the world. To raise funds they held an amazing charity funday that included a BBQ with chef Marco Pierre White (yum), football with the Chelsea team (also yum) and pool training with Olympic divers (wow!). Our MD Vicky even got raffled off for the charity! Other sports celebs supporting the day included Sir Steve Redgrave, Jamie and Louise Redknapp and Rugby Legend Will Carling.
International Jousting Tournament, Royal Armouries, Leeds
Ever wanted to meet a Knight in shining armour? The Art Angels did so they popped along to the Jousting Tournament at Leeds Armouries and bumped into not one Knight but eleven! Hundreds of shields were made in the colours of the Knights involved and even the Knights popped along to make sure everyone was doing it properly...
Under The Sea Day at Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Leigh
It was flippers on and snorkels at the ready when The Art Angels swam their way over to Leigh in order to create an 'Under the Sea' themed mural. Lots of fun was had making all manner of sea creatures and endless amounts of imagination used to decorate them!
Cathy Cassidy's / Puffin Books Ultimate Friendship Festival, Pimlico Park, London
What a fab day! Lots of girls all got together with children's author Cathy Cassidy to celebrate being best friends and The Art Angels popped along to help keep them all busy. Our Art Angel Vicky took her best friend Teri to help her out though as you can see from the picture even she couldn't get our Angel off the phone to start working! Thanks to Cathy and all the best friends who came along to make our special Secrets Books.

Chinese Boat Race, Leeds
Thanks to everyone who came along to make our amazing Chinese Dragons! You all did a fab job - especially considering the wind! - and it was fantastic to see so many red and yellow dragons dancing around everywhere. Here is Claire helping someone create their very own fire breathing dragon...

Wow! Did you come along to The Armouries to see us? To all those Art Angel Club Members that did thanks for saying hi and for those of you that couldn't make it check out the photos below! We had a FANTASTIC time making castles, axes and making everyone look like they had every horrible disease under the sun with FX make up! 
Summer School
Oh my goodness but it was a busy one this year! Lots of new faces and old hands came to the Hideaway in Egerton, Bolton for a week of crafting madness! We all had a brilliant time (as you can see from the pictures) and Rachel, Simon and myself would like to say thank you to everyone who made the week so much fun!

Bolton Wanderers - Junior Whites Funday
The Art Angels have been incredibly busy of late but they did manage to get a few photos in between helping lots of little angels to create their masterpieces! Bolton Wanderers Junior Whites Funday are always alot of fun and as you can see from the before and after photographs if the mess a child leaves is equally proportionate to how much fun they had our football Angels always have the time of their lives!

Half Term Halloween Havoc - October
With even more Angels than before our half term school was a mixture of clay modelling, peppermint cream making and birthday cake munching (thanks everyone - Vicky)! Everybody had a great time and we even managed to squeeze in a fab DVD while we worked... Looking forward to seeing all our Angels again soon!
